The Organizer will provide Exhibitors with digital marketing materials (images and text) to promote their participation. These may be adapted to include the Exhibitor's own branding or logo.
The Exhibitor agrees to actively assist in promoting the event through reasonable, good-faith efforts — as a guideline, roughly two to three times per month leading up to the event. This may include:
- Re-sharing content from the official Expo social accounts (Facebook & Instagram).
- Creating their own posts, stories or reels about taking part.
- Mentioning the event in newsletters, emails or WhatsApp messages to clients.
- Tagging or mentioning the official Expo accounts when sharing related content.
