Facilitate a Master Class

Space rental fee (per session):

• 60 minutes — R250
• 90 minutes — R375
• 120 minutes — R500

Payment due: within 14 working days of notification of approval as a facilitator.

Payment method: bank transfer (EFT) to the account below, using your facilitator / business name as the reference.

The Organizer will provide Facilitators with digital marketing materials (images and text) to promote their participation. These may be adapted to include the Facilitator's own branding or logo.

The Facilitator agrees to actively assist in promoting the event through reasonable, good-faith efforts — as a guideline, roughly two to three times per month leading up to the event. This may include:

• Re-sharing content from the official Expo social accounts (Facebook & Instagram).
• Creating their own posts, stories or reels about taking part.
• Mentioning the event in newsletters, emails or WhatsApp messages to clients.
• Tagging or mentioning the official Expo accounts when sharing related content.

These examples are guidelines, not restrictions — the aim is cooperative, mutually beneficial promotion of Holistic Expo Plett.

• The Facilitator grants the Organizer permission to use their logos and images for promotional purposes.
• The Organizer will not alter or misuse the Facilitator's intellectual property.
• The Facilitator warrants that their products/services do not infringe any intellectual property rights.

The Facilitator agrees to:

• Deliver the Master Class as described in this application unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.
• Comply with all venue regulations, health and safety requirements, and organizer instructions.
• Ensure that all advice, demonstrations and information presented are within their professional scope of practice.
• Hold all licenses, qualifications, registrations or permits required under South African law for the services they provide, and produce these upon request.
• Maintain appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance where applicable.
• Obtain participant consent before any physical contact, demonstrations or hands-on treatments.
• Respect participant confidentiality and privacy.
• Grant the Organizer permission to photograph and film the session for future promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Control their own bookings for group classes and effect payment from participants.
• Liaise with participants regarding what to bring, and any physical limitations, medical conditions or safety considerations to be aware of before attending.

• If the Facilitator cancels more than 14 days before the event: applicable fees paid are refunded at 50%.
• If the Facilitator cancels within 13 days of the event: no refund is issued.
• If the Organizer cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances, all fees paid by the Facilitator are refunded in full.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, theft or damage suffered by the Facilitator or participants arising from the Facilitator's session.

The Facilitator accepts full responsibility for the content and delivery of their Master Class and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wellness Expo South Africa (WESA), Holistic Expo Plett, the venue and their representatives against any claims, losses, damages or legal actions arising from their presentation or activities.

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest or other force majeure events.
